Summer is officially here and the fruits and veggies are plentiful at all our markets. July 4th falls on a Saturday this year, so we suggest getting your grilling meats and poultry this weekend (from Liberty Delight Farms, Cibola Farms, MeatCrafters, Springfield Farms, Painted Hand Farm and more). Get your meat ahead of time so you have it ready to cook next weekend!
Pike Central will be open from 9:00am-1:30pm on July 4th with fresh fish and lobsters from Lobster Maine-ia, crab cakes and gulf shrimp from Bushdogs and all of our vendors will be stocked with everything you will need to make your weekend great! Come early for great berries, peaches, apricots and more.
This weekend we are happy to announce that Bushdogs and Dress It Up Dressing have joined Mosaic Central Farm Market. It's going to be a fantastic weekend at Mosaic, with a book signing by acclaimed Chef Nathan Lyons, Kids Club and free concerts on Saturday night for adults and Sunday morning for kids!

Order live hard shell crabs from
Lobster Maine-ia by the full or half bushel! There are generally 5-7 dozen crabs in a full bushel, but size and price may vary.

Nathan Lyon Book Signing at Mosaic Central
Emmy nominated Chef Nathan Lyon will sign copies of his book at Mosaic on Sunday from 9:30-2:30!
Chef Lyon is known for his simple, innovative cuisine featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients. Chef and co-host of Growing A Greener World (PBS) and host of Good Food America with Nathan Lyon (Veria), Nathan was the creator and host of A Lyon in the Kitchen (Discovery Health and Fit TV), among the final four on the second season of The Next Food Network Star, and appeared as a guest chef and expert on Home Made Simple (TLC) and Real Simple Real Life (TLC).

Mosaic Live Concert Series June 27-28
Head to Mosaic for free concerts this weekend! For adults: join Mosaic on Saturday night from 5-9 to hear music from Brain Stew and Good Time Boys. On Sunday there will be a family friendly concert with the Rocknoceros and Rainbow Rock from 11:30-1:30. Both concerts will take place in the green space at District Ave and Merrifield Town Center Drive.
