Here are ideas for shoes and hair and makeup for the show. There will be hair and make-up people there to help you, but they are way to many of us, so if you are able to do some of this yourself it will be helpful.

We will begin costumes Saturday morning. I will open the doors at 8am for those of you with lots of costumes PLEASE arrive early to figure out where you will preset them. Add hair and make up on Sunday (we might be taking photos for promotional items and the program on Sunday.)

EVERYONE SHOULD BRING A PLASTIC LAUNDRY BASKET FOR YOUR QUICK CHANGES! There are so many pieces, everything needs to get re pinned at the end of each run thru. Each piece is rented and we will be charge for every missing piece.

DRESSING ROOM ASSIGNMENTS

Men are in the fellowship hall outside by the yard.

Women and all children are down stairs.

Each night all the racks down stairs are to be rolled back into the far back classroom. there is a home school group down stairs durring the week and we don't want the children to be tempted to touch them.

Fri, 3/20- OFF

Sat, 3/21- 9-1pm (doors open at 8am)

Sun, 3/22 8:30am call time to get dressed for church performance. We will perform "One Dya More" at 9:30 and 11am service.

Then come ack for our tech run thru 2-9pm 

Mon 3/23- arrive at 5pm for mic check, 6pm if you do not wear a mic. 7pm down beat. hair and make-up.

Tues, 3/24-  arrive at 5pm for mic check, 6pm if you do not wear a mic. 7pm down beat. hair and make-up.

Wed, 3/25- finale dress rehearsal!!! arrive at 5pm for mic check, 6pm if you do not wear a mic. 7pm down beat. hair and make-up.

Thur OPENING NIGHT! 3/26- arrive at 5pm for mic check, 6pm if you do not wear a mic. 7pm down beat. hair and make-up.

Fri, 3/27- performance arrive at 5pm for mic check, 6pm if you do not wear a mic. 7pm down beat. hair and make-up.

Sat, 3/28 performance- arrive at noon if you wear a mic, 1pm if you do not. show starts at 2pm. there will be dinner between shows, then evening show begins at 7pm.

Sun, 3/29 performance- arrive at 2pm if you wear a mic, 3pm if you do not. show starts at 4pm

Thur, April 2- performance arrive at 5pm for mic check, 6pm if you do not wear a mic. 7pm down beat. hair and make-up.

Fri, 4/3 performance- arrive at 5pm for mic check, 6pm if you do not wear a mic. 7pm down beat. hair and make-up.

Sat 4/4 CLOSING PERFORMANCE- arrive at noon if you wear a mic, 1pm if you do not. performance begins at 2pm. EVERYONE will be required to check in all there costume pieces with Marsha Ford after the closing performance before leaving the theater.
