Jhockey00 :I know Iraq has been making great progress and all, but something like today where Parliament decides to take a break until July 1st a lot of the ppl in their government just like ours just don't care do really get things done.

Then finally when they agree on something, something goes a certain way then they put it off. Then from what I read today on here since I finally got a break from work I am getting the impression that with Frank & his teams being all excited that this actually could happen before Ramadan, now I hear mention of July.

Or is it that Frank & his teams still really believe this could happen before Ramadan, but this mention of July is something completely different?

Drastic Banking Restructuring In Progress

SBV deputy director Nguyen Thi Hong The implementation of the project, 'Restructuring the system of credit institutions in 2011-15' has entered its final year.

The restructuring has so far helped the banking system avoid the risk of collapse and gradually stabilise with achievements gained in handling non-performing loans (NPLs).

However, the restructuring process has remained slow despite the State Bank of Viet Nam (SBV) taking some drastic measures. Hence, much work remains to be done for the restructuring to finish on time.

How do you assess the restructuring process of the banking system so far?

The project for restructuring credit institutions with concrete steps and measures had been mapped and implemented meticulously and pressingly by the central bank since 2012.

Snowbird:   These first two articles are a few days old but so very important when it comes to the big picture and or plan. I know I already sent them to you but they make so much more sense when read together. For those who wonder what Iran, Syria, the GCC and neighboring countries has to do with Iraq an a RV. These two articles should open a few eyes. 

Many in dinar land wonder what the holdup is and or who is holding this up? That Iraq has done nothing and or made any progress since the day they became involved in this investment. Several freaked out because President Obama extended President Bush's Executive Order 13303. They might want to do a little research on 13303. 13303 is much more than a RV. Much, much, much more.
