MASTER CHEF COOKING CLASS & LUNCH-BITCHIN BUTCHERY

Go Nose to Tail with the Coolest Butchers and Chefs
This class has it all and uses it all! Students will get their hands a little grody experiencing Master Chef butchering and cooking with the whole animal! Go whole grape too with Dave Pramuk, R obert Biale Vineyards and Mike Dashe, Dashe Cellars. They'll be pouring their exceptional Zins, testing the pairings as each course evolves.  Join us September 19, 2015 from 11am - 3pm at City College of San Francisco.  Space is limited. Proceeds support City College Wine Program.
