Ben's Buzz:

October 21, 2015

Mrs. Auerr and Mrs. Williams have just returned from an 11 day medical mission in Peru. They traveled with 10 people from their church and three participants from GO InterNational and  partnered with an indigenous missionary, doctor, dentist and interpreters to provide 1,265 patient encounters in medical clinics in remote villages in the Amazon region of Peru. During their service trip they cared for and served food to many children in need in the hills of Lima, Peru. Mrs. Auerr and Mrs. Williams, thank you for your service, and welcome home!

It is that time of year, where the temperatures in New England can be quite unpredictable. Please be sure to send your child with a coat, hat and gloves every day.  The children will continue to have outdoor recess and Physical Education weather permitting.

I certainly hope we don't need to implement any weather closures in the near future, but please take a moment to review our Inclement Weather procedures here on the BFCCPS website.

Wishing you a wonderful rest of the week!

Sincerely,

Heather Zolnowski
Head of School
