Thanks for making 2015 a great year for us! Let's take a look back at some of the highlights from the past year:
Improvements
2 New Presses

Thanks for keeping us busy. Because you did we installed a new 8 color - 16" Nilpeter combination press. This machine is capable of printing UV or water-based inks, or a combination of both. Additionally, the press has the capability of in-line foil and two sided printing, and embossing capabilities.

 

Because were concerned about our customers wants and needs, we purchased a 7 color - 13" extended gamut digital press. Extended Gamut gives us the ability to match 85% of spot PMS colors on most substrates. This press is ideal for short run label jobs. We can also add serial #'s or serialize some bar code symbologies.

Overnight Labels is now a certified Sustainable Green Printing printer.A non-profit organization that certifies printing facilities' sustainability best practices, including and beyond regulatory compliance. SGP's certification a wareness of their best practices in order to provide print buyers a more sustainable supply chain.  program encourages printers to reduce their environmental impact and increase social awareness of their best  practices in order to provide print buyers a more sustainable supply chain.

We were awarded the Silver Leaf Award for excellence in foil stamping and embossing in the category of cold foil (sheet or rotary) on label. Our winning label was Black Currant Nectar.
 
New Product Offerings

Wood Veneer Labels:

We introduced our wood veneer labels in birch and cherry wood that are smooth to the touch, ideal for short runs, and printed on digital ink jet presses. Great

for wine or craft beers.

Tactile Varnishes

A series of new special effect coatings is available to enhance your labels and packaging. This helps your product stand out on the shelf to consumers and give them that "WOW" effect. Here is a list of options you can choose from that will take your product to the next level: Glitter, Glossback, Pearl, Iridescent, Reticulating, Embossed, Sandy Feel, & Soft Touch.

Glow in the dark ink:

New glow in the dark inks are great for kids stickers, or in products used in dark places (like beverages sold in bars.)

 

Embossing:

An additional way of creating a tactile impression. Through the use of plate technology, images can be raised on a label.
