Patrick Esquerré, a creative and hands-on entrepreneur, holds true to his motto “Listen, Adapt, Surprise:”
  • LISTEN to the markets, the consumers/users, project developers
  • ADAPT one-on-one to different fields, situations, people, organizational structures, environments
  • SURPRISE by generating/implementing creative and impactful ideas/solutions/plans.
Over the years, Patrick has been a leader in multiple fields – advertising, marketing public relations, hospitality and philanthropy. But he gives first in his personal life and has raised funds on a volunteer basis for many nonprofit organizations, including Public Radio and TV stations in eleven U.S. cities, Communities Foundation of Texas, Happy Hill Farm, Susan G. Komen and the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. He is a past board member of the North Texas Food Bank and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates).

Patrick is a board member and chairs the Development Committee of the Essilor Vision Foundation – Kids Vision for Life, whose mission is to eliminate poor vision and its lifelong consequences. He may be better known as the founder of La Madeleine, for which he is now a Special Advisor.
