What dreams will you envision and then "see" coming true? Who and what will "Show up" for you and in what ways will you show up for others? Can you imagine a year of spiritual discovery like that? In this month we look at ways to use and expand this faculty, or spiritual gift, in our lives. And remember, we can tap into, manifest from, and explore the Field of Infinite Possibilities through creative, imaginative thought, spiritual awareness, and consciousness. We are wishing you weeks and months ahead filled with even more things to appreciate, along with vibrant health, lavish abundance, much love, and peaceful moments on your Journey of Spiritual Discovery. While it seems like the New Year's Burning Bowl ceremony was just a short while ago, Tuesday evening marks the completion of the first six months of 2015. How are you feeling about the coming months? Are you as full of anticipation for the rest of the year as you were when you looked ahead from the cusp of the New Year? Are you fulfilling the intentions you set for this year? Are you seeing dreams come true? Is it perhaps time to adjust or reinvigorate your plan for 2015 and your life? Rev. Bronte's message this Sunday will be about finding moments to celebrate what has come before and to find a place of alignment and self-empowerment for what lies ahead. You will have an opportunity to write a mid-year "Vision Letter" or "Wish List." Place it in our special prayer box to be held in positive light and love for the remainder of the year after which we will mail it back to you, unopened. So, are you poised to have the best "next six months" ever?
Whether or not you can be with us this Sunday, you may want to think about and remember the positive aspects of the first six months of 2015 and rekindle the energy of expansion, renewal, and revitalized living. What one thing matters most to you and how can you empower that aspect of your life in the balance of this year and beyond?

OUR EARLY MEDITATION SERVICE, "MORNING QUIETUDE," is pausing for the summer.
Morning Quietude, which consists of gently guided meditation and oftentimes Reiki healers, will pause for June & July & possibly August. However, the meditation area in the lobby (center front glass doors) will be set up with soft music and comfortable seating from 9:40 to 10:20 for anyone who wishes to meditate individually.

Our Emilie Cady, HOW I USED TRUTH, Book Study Group had its final class for the summer.
This was a great class with lots of interactive discussions, insights, and delving into the text of How I Used Truth. We will meet over coffee at Jason's Deli on Tuesday, July 7 at 1:45 to touch base with each other and discuss the handouts that were given to the group at the last class. This gathering is open to all; let us know if you'd like a copy of the handout and/or you wish to attend on July 7.

A COURSE IN MIRACLES. Taught by the highly experienced and insightful facilitator, Drew Smith, this popular class dives deeply into A Course, while making the text even more understandable and relevant to daily life. Open to all. If you don't own the book, there's always someone willing to share. Because of the ongoing nature of this class, feel free to stop in as you can, or to participate every Sunday. Donations are accepted and appreciated. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Our CommUnity Movie gatherings will pause for the summer months and resume in September. We are so appreciative for the great turnouts we've had for recent movies including TALKING STORY. We are looking forward to showing more great, spiritually-based movies in just a few months. 2015 Leadership Training for the UMMAS sub-region will be held Friday evening, July 17 and Saturday, July 18 at Atlanta Unity in Norcross. There is no charge to attend; however, lodging is on your own unless you are an employee or board member of Unity Athens. Invited: all Board members, Youth Ed leaders & teachers, Social media teams, Licensed Teachers, and Ministers & Spiritual Leaders (and spouses & partners) of the Unity Ministers of the Mid-Atlantic States region and anyone interested in becoming a board member of Unity Athens. You can expect to learn about yourself, about your role in your church, and how other churches do things. You will meet ministers, licensed teachers, Board members, youth ed teachers, and leadership teams from many other churches. You will have an opportunity to interact and network with them. This is always a great time to make new friends and be around like-minded folks.

Attend a "New Member" class to become a member of Unity Athens.
Consider making a deeper connection and becoming a member of our Unity Athens Family.
To achieve membership, there are several requirements: attendance at a New Member class, taught by Rev. Bronte, and all new members are asked to view the DVD, "What is New Thought?," which explores the history and philosophy of the New Thought movement, including Unity. We will have showings of this important documentary around the time of New Member classes, or you can purchase it online to watch. If you are transferring an active membership from another Unity church, it may be possible to waive one or both requirements. It is also highly recommended that you attend one of our book study groups for a deeper insight into Unity principles and teachings. There is no fee to take the New Member class or to become a member. These classes are open to all and are a good way to lean more about the Unity movement and Unity Athens. Check with Bronte for dates & schedules for classes, the movie showing, and the next opportunity to join Unity Athens.
