Grand Prairie will celebrate Independence Day with one fireworks show at Lone Star Park on Saturday, July 4 after the last race. Parking is $20 per car and admission into Lone Star Park is $5 per person. For more information, visit

City Independence Day Hours

In observance of Independence Day, there will be no trash or recycling collection on Saturday, July 4 and city of Grand Prairie administrative offices will be closed on Friday, July 3.
