I wish it could be a new rate?! But I have no doubts it won't be.

Sure hope it's something that will trigger the new rate or something that's a big deal not just more lip service which he seems to be a man of his word so far.

HG:  Nova ..... I've said many times I'm about as far as you can get from an economist but after seeing what's going on and reading the article posted, I would say that there is so much this and that, push and pull, up and down that it is almost impossible to know how is the global economy right now. Meaning, obviously there are problems but could things be looking up? Or obviously down? Some interest rates going up some staying flat.

To me it is completely clear that the global economy is being manipulated like a puppet ....... Who is the puppet master?

Donnie: Qurtas News / Baghdad Predicted economist Ahmed Fahmy, Thursday, that the nuclear agreement between Iran and the West is reflected positively on the Middle East and the Gulf region. Fahmi said in a statement to "Qurtas News" that "the arrival of Iranian and west sides to an agreement after 21 months of tough negotiations and years of tension and sanctions against Tehran would reflect positively on the Middle East and the Gulf region in general." 

Fahmi said that "Iraq is Iran's closest neighbor and the largest affected troublesome and international sanctions against Iran, the results of the agreement gradually lift economic sanctions on Tehran, which will lead to the lifting of the pressure on the dollar in the Iraqi market prices."

CanTWaitwoRV Millionday: is it just me or does it appear the kurds are moving forward with what seems to be a "Plan B" just in case things can't get resolved with Iraq in timely manner selling oil independently and exchanging usd? In the past they'd just "talk"...now they seem more active having heard the rhetoric for so many years...
