On the first Friday of each month yoga80 will rock the house. Join us for a fun, 1-hour class featuring some of the best live musicians and DJs San Diego has to offer.

Music genres will range from Hip-Hop, Rock "n" Roll, Country, Jazz, Dance and to the far end, Didgeridoo!

There will be trunk shows with name brand clothing, refreshments provided by local vendors and raffles, so you can walk away with goodies.

We will even have theme nights like Bohemian, Dress in White, Glow Paint, Henna Tattoo and more...

Sorrento Class Change

No 7:15pm Wednesday "Dharma Class" until we can find a replacement for our beloved instructor Ravenna Fahey, who moved to Pennsylvania

Carlsbad Class Changes

No 9:30am "Yoga w/Iyengar Rope Wall" on Monday or Friday
Yes 9:00am "Yoga w/Iyenger Rope Wall" on Wednesday
Yes 7:00am "Yoga w/Iyenger Rope Wall" on Friday
Yes 10:00am "Yoga w/Iyenger Rope Wall" on Sunday
