  • that you have registered with the $10 discount 
  • that your hotel reservation is made with the $94 group rate

Convention Schedule
Here is the link to the most up-to-date convention schedule and presentation abstracts.  Please make sure that your presentation listing is accurate.  There will be some changes to the schedule (room, time, day), so please check the CoTESOL website from time to time for the most up-to-date schedule.

Registration
All presenters must register.  Presenters receive $10 discount on their registration fees.  You can save an additional $25 by registering before the October 16 "early bird" registration deadline.  Registration includes one-year free membership in CoTESOL.  Here are the links for registering:

FAQ

 

  • Presentation rooms seat 40 to 70 people theater style, depending on the room.
  • All rooms will have digital projectors and screens.  All other equipment (i.e., laptops, speakers, etc.) are the responsibility of the presenter.
  • There is no Business Center at Radisson Hotel.  Print your handouts before coming to the hotel or upload your handouts to the CoTESOL wiki (see below).
  • There is free wi-fi throughout the hotel.
  • Please start and finish your presentation on time.
  • CoTESOL no longer distributes evaluation forms for your presentations.  If you want your session evaluated, please distribute and collect your own forms.  
  • One presenter will be selected to receive a fully funded trip to TESOL 2016 in Baltimore based on input from attendees. 
  • The Radisson offers a free hourly shuttle to and from Denver International Airport.
  • There is free parking at the Radisson.
  • There is convenient access to the Nine Mile Light Rail Station.
  • If you arrive at the hotel Thursday evening, November 5, please join CoTESOL Board Members for complimentary drinks and appetizers in the lobby area at 5:00 p.m.

Presenters are invited to upload their materials to the CoTESOL wiki:   www.cotesol2015.pbworks.com

The wiki is open to the public for viewing, but only presenters who ask for permission and create an account may upload files and edit the website.
