Laurence Raybois, consultant specializing in assisting Americans wishing to move to France, will describe the administrative process of immigrating as it applies to out-of EU foreigners. The topic is particularly timely since these rules are currently being overhauled.
With that in mind, we will discuss the many processes that are going to remain the same, and those that are scheduled to disappear and may perhaps be utilized before they do.
We will also cover regulated professions and how it all fits in the context of EU agreements. Above and beyond what the rules say, we will go over how they have been interpreted and implemented by the administrations involved in the process.
