NEW PARTNERSHIP BEGINS

Healthy Fare for Kids™ is pleased to announce our new partner, FARMHOUSE, with restaurants located in Chicago and Evanston, Illinois. FARMHOUSE, a family-friendly Midwest Tavern, specializes in local food sourced from farms throughout the Midwest.

The FARMHOUSE philosophy on children's food is best summed up by Ferdia Doherty, owner:

"We are so very proud to partner with Healthy Fare for Kids

in offering children healthy and delicious meal's. As parents of three and owners of Farmhouse, We are very conscious of what our kids should eat. We offer a small snack plate to get them started and fend off the hunger pains while you peruse our menu. We are big proponents of kid's portions rather than kids menus and therefore we are so delighted to partner with Healthy Fare for kids and their nutritional guidelines."

FARMHOUSE's menu items offered in child-sized portions will vary according to the season but will always revolve around two-ounces of protein (if meat or poultry, raised without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones), paired with a cup of vegetables and/or fruit, whole grains, low salt, no sugar, no deep-frying, and finally ... local ingredients when available.

FARMHOUSE makes all of their own burgers and condiments, has more than 28 craft beers on tap and is the only tavern in the country to serve great Michigan wines on tap.

We are so happy to partner with our dear friends at FARMHOUSE. For more information, visit our website at www.healthyfareforkids.com for all our newest updates.
