May 28, 2015 Chamber Board Meeting

The Chamber Board of Directors host the Change of Command Ceremony on Thursday, June 25th to show appreciation for the departing Board members and welcome the new.
2. The Chamber Board of Directors is proud to welcome Reid Griggs to the Executive Committee as Secretary/Treasurer. 3. Alamogordo Public Schools distributed $3.2 million in scholarships to the graduating seniors! Congratulations, Class of 2015! 4. Gen Carlisle with approximately 29 members of the Air Combat Command visited Alamogordo and Holloman AFB in early May. This was the first time most of ACC has visited Holloman, and it was an honor to host their visit. 5. The inaugural year of Jr Leadership Otero had 17 students graduating on May 4th. Parents, siblings, Chamber Board Members and 2013 Leadership Class participants attended a dinner in celebration of the 17 graduating students. 6. The Alamogordo Chamber Ambassadors visited 66 members as part of their AAA Visits (Ambassadors Always Available). We appreciate the Ambassadors for all they do in our community and for the Chamber. |
