Submit your Imagine! table registration before the deadline of October 7, 2015
and your name will be entered into a special drawing.

Winner and prize will be announced at the November 2nd meeting.
Winner need not be present to receive prize.

3 guests play with a member of Bellerive and Greenbriar Country Clubs.
Options include male or female groups of four with lunch and drinks afterwards.
