Blaze Ministries Convention

Blaze is a ministry convention that trains young people to conduct ministries. It provides them with resources, and then allows them to return to their churches ready to practice what they've learned. Young people (age 14+) can choose a ministry track, and receive over 10 hours of training in that ministry. See the training tracks and register!

Medical Missionaries - assist the gospel by providing whole-person solutions that are natural and simple.  They provide solutions to many common ailments and diseases using the principles outlined in our health message.  No conventional medical training is needed.  We want to set up teams of medical missionaries accross the Conference, who can conduct community health programs.

Song Writing and Composition - will enable participants to share their faith and the gospel through original music, which they have composed.  The aim is to empower young people to write/compose their own music.  Eventually, we want to release a CD of original works.  We also want to hold free open-air concerts featuring you and your music.
   - by Carmen Cruz, a singer song-writer
Creative Christian Movement - is the expression of faith and the gospel through movement.  It is more than signing to a sound track.  It is using the whole body to gracefully and spiritually express the words and sentiments of our faith.  Participants will be taught how to select sounds and how to choreograph.
   - by Daniela Jean, a ministry leader
Worship Leading - will teach participants to sensitively and creatively orchestrate music and worship components, so that the audience experiences a seamless worship event.
