This weekend Scouts will be out in force at 67 Wawa locations throughout the council. If your unit has a Wawa location, please be sure you are familiar with the following guidelines we have been asked to observe:
Solicitations must be at least ten (10) feet away from any door of the store as designated by General Manager
A maximum of 4 people at any one time-at least 1 adult if there are minors -- Minors must ALWAYS be accompanied by adults
Group uniforms/identification must be worn
To protect solicitors, if there are no safety bollards, your vehicle must be parked in a space directly in front of your collection area excluding handicap or non-designated parking spaces, and remain there for the duration of the activity
Duration of activity must not exceed four daylight hours, 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m
Solicitations may not be conducted in an aggressive or confrontational manner
Smoking is prohibited while soliciting customers
Porch area must not be blocked in a way that interferes with our customers' ability to access our stores quickly
Please be sure to print and present this signed sales agreement to your Wawa store manager this week when you contact them to confirm the details of your Show-and-Sell.

The reports are in and many units are now looking for additional product to meet the incredible customer demand to support Scouting. Please help us assist other volunteers in this situation by referencing the council

If you are projecting to have excess inventory, please let your district popcorn team know or consider scheduling an early return at the council office by contacting Amy Davidson at [email protected].
There is no penalty for early partial returns and you can rest assured that if you end up needing additional product for your Take Order Sale, it will be available at the close of the sale.
