1. Who is considered a first time student?
Answer: A first time student is someone who has NEVER purchased a class from our studio, Groupon, or Living Social.
2. If I am an intermediate or advanced student at a different studio may I still take
advantage of this special?
Answer: Yes, you may take this Level 1 (Intro) class, then purchase an unlimited amount of $12 single classes, and then reserve your spot in your appropriate pole level.
3. I have a voucher from a daily deal company and haven't redeemed it yet,
can I still take this class?
Answer: Yes, you may take this class but you will need to contact the voucher company for a refund or credit. Once you make a purchase from our site, you are no longer a new student.
4. What's the cancellation policy in case I need to re-schedule?
Answer: Because this is a special promotion, there is no cancellations/rescheduling. If you have reserved and do not show up, your credit will be forfeited.
5. What form of payment can be used to purchase the classes?
Answer: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
6. What should I wear and bring to class?
Answer: Preferably shorts or leggings, comfortable top, water bottle, a small towel and heels (optional, only if you are comfortable walking in them). For your safety and the safety of everyone else at the Secret, you absolutely MUST NOT wear any lotion, gels, or any other oil-based skin and hair products prior to coming to class - it makes the poles extremely slippery and greatly increases the chances of someone falling and getting injured.
7. Will I have to share my pole for this class?
Answer: Yes, we want to accommodate as many ladies as possible so you will be sharing a
pole with one other person.
8. May I purchase for multiple people?
Answer: Yes, but you will need to create a separate profile for each person and then pay and reserve their spot online. Once we reach 22 students the class will be closed, no exceptions!
