February is Spay/Neuter Awareness Month

We're preaching to the choir with an email about spay/neuter, but it's likely that you have a friend or neighbor who could use an additional nudge. Share this email with that person!

Puppies and kittens can safely be spayed or neutered at 4 months of age to avoid accidental litters. Whentospay.org features great facts and additional information.

Many Michigan groups are running February specials in conjunction with Spay/Neuter Awareness month.

PetSmart Charities "Beat the Heat" promotion is providing $20 spay/neuter for female cats this month to get ahead of spring's kitten season. Participating locations include:
