Dye Job Belgian Blonde Ale

(Blonde on the outside, ginger underneath)

The staff at WBC put together a dream brew. Audrey, Bridgett, Misty and Tyler were responsible for the character of this brew. They wanted citrus, strength, mild hop and fresh ginger. They come together nicely in this Belgian Strong Golden Ale.

Style: Belgian Strong Golden
OG: 1071; ABV: 8.2%; IBU: 28; Color 4.

Field Visit IPA

Not a full trip, just a quick visit. All the intensity of U.S. hops without the bitterness and full body to weigh you down. The perfect hoppy summer beer.
Light bodied and delicious.
Style: Session IPA; OG: 1047; ABV: 4.5%; IBU 23 color 6

 Tap Room Hours

Supplemental support is complete in the brewery basement, enabling a concrete pad and brewing equipment.

Expansion Update

We are almost three months into work on the new brewery across the street. We hope the slow, dirty part of the job is mostly over and are now looking forward to some new, exciting stages to begin. In July the new roof and insulation was installed. The brewery basement was reinforced to support the added weight of a brewery.

A hopeful chronology follows:

Aug: interior window and door openings created in the wall between the brewery and tap room. Brewery storefront demo'd and concrete pad laid.
Sept.: Plumbing, electric and HVAC work begin. Travel to Portland, Ore., to inspect the equipment.
Oct.: Brewery equipment arrives; brewery storefront installed.
Nov.: Bathrooms, kitchens completed, new brewhouse goes online.
Dec.: First test batches, Tap room bar and furnishings installed.
Jan.: First beer tapped to the public.
