The Story of Illuminating Diagnostics

Sarah K. Scouten was both an undergrad at UB, in Biomedical Pharmacology, and a graduate student who earned her PhD from the department of Biochemistry. Scouten, who has a love for UB and for her hometown of Buffalo and wanted to contribute to the "brain gain" instead of the area's "brain drain."

She had taken UB's Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL) "Becoming a Leader in Life Sciences" course, which allowed her to make valuable connections that led to a job...
