Our annual Excel Beyond the Bell Symposium has moved to the SPRING! This year's workshops will have two tracks: Managers and front-line youth professionals. There will be a $25 registration cost to cover supplies, and there will be plenty of parking at Montgomery College because it will be their Spring Break. Spread the word! Life changing. Transformational. Inspiring. Those are a few of the adjectives our recent 34 participants used to describe their 30-hour Advancing Youth Development certification training led by DC Trust. Our front-line youth workers were actively engaged in learning the principles and best practices of youth development. Over the past three years, your Montgomery County Collaboration Council has provided AYD training for 49 different county organizations, training over 180 youth workers.
