Dear Delta Dental of Virginia Broker,  

 

We need your help! Due to a low rate of return of the new website authorization forms from wave 1 of the transition to the new online billing system, we are asking that you encourage your groups to complete and return these forms.  

 

Groups from wave 1 have been sent a second letter asking them to return the form with Group Administrator signature, which is needed regardless of who is handling the online eligibility and bill payment. In addition, wave 2 groups will receive their initial letter about the move to online billing early next week. You can review these letters at the links below.

Groups are being categorized into three waves alphabetically by group name. The breakdown for each wave is as follows:

 

Wave 1: Groups "1" through Letter "E"

Wave 2: Groups "F" through "O"

Wave 3: Groups "P" through "Z" 

 

We ask that you encourage your groups to return the forms and get set up for this very efficient system.  Online billing and eligibility management will not only be more efficient for your groups, but it will improve efficiency at Delta Dental, which helps us keep our premiums steady and affordable.
