Good Morning,

A great leader is able to separate the urgent from the important and prioritize accordingly.  This individual is a visionary, able to see the entire picture and focus on what is really important.
  
A great manager organizes around those priorities puts together the necessary resources and makes sure the job gets done, on time, complete and within budget.
  
To be successful, we need both types of individual.  Rare is it when a great leader is also a great manager which is not at all bad.  None of us can be everything to everyone nor should we waste our time trying.
