NRA World Shooting Championship

This is the official registration invitation link for the NRA World Shooting Championship presented by Magpul. There are Pro and Amateur Divisions available for registration as well as paid staff openings available for qualified individuals wanting to shoot the match on Tuesday Sept 24th & Wednesday Sept 25th 2015 and work the match on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. 

Shooters will have all guns and ammo provided and will shoot 12 stages of fire over 3 days beginning Thursday Sept 24th through Saturday Sept 26th with the awards banquet following the match on Saturday Sept 26th at 8PM.

- Pro Match Fee: $395 Per Shooter (Includes guns, ammo & shooter awards banquet ticket)

Key comments about the match 

- Continuing with the approach from 2014's World Shooting Championship, we will evaluate a shooters ability to compete in virtually every type of major firearms shooting sport including Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun and Combined Firearms sports. 

- The World Shooting Championship has adjusted stage types and or stages to ensure that accuracy disciplines and or the accuracy of a shooters actions equal action sport disciplines. 

- We have adjusted scoring to ensure that some stages, like our infamous Double Wobble stage do not count for an unreasonable disparity from the score /s earned in other stages. 

- Prize table and cash: Cash and prizes will not be as heavily weighted for the top few shooters as it was in 2014. The overall prize table will be a minimum of $200,000 and $50,000 in cash will be paid out to shooters.  See below Prize Table Overview.

- In the 2014 World Shooting Championship, Daniel Horner was crowned as the first Champion and holds the current title of Worlds Greatest Shooter. 

- All shooters banquet fees are included in match fee. If you want to bring up to two (2) guests you may purchase additional banquet tickets in this registration. 

AWARDS NOTE: Shooters may or may not shoot all stages of the match. Not shooting a certain stage will decrease the overall match score but NOT PROHIBIT a shooter from winning individual stages. There are no "segments" like last year.

• Stage Winners - Stage Sponsored Prize to Stage Winner. Shooters may win multiple stages
• Side match winners are NOT division related and winners will be randomly selected from the shooters that complete the side match!

- The Official Match Is Three Days Of Shooting: Begins on Thursday September 24th, ends with the Awards Banquet on Saturday Night, September 26th. (12 Stages & 8 Side Matches)

 - Age Requirements: WSC Shooters must be at least 12 years of age. Those under 18 years of age must be under direct supervision of an adult who is not shooting in the match at all times.

- Mandatory Shooter Meeting Briefing: Wednesday, September 23rd, 7PM-9PM. Squad information and start times given to shooters at this time.

- Guests: Shooters may bring a maximum of up to two guests to the match. Children under 10 years old are not permitted on the range. All minors under 18 years of age must be in direct supervision of an adult who is not shooting in the match at all times.

All shooters will be required to sign the Peacemaker National Training Center, LLC waiver and the National Rifle Association Liability waiver prior to accessing the facility for the match.  

BY CONTINUING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

1.  I grant the National Rifle Association of America (NRA), of 11250 Waples Mill Road, Fairfax, Virginia 22030, and Peacemaker National Training Center, LLC of 1624 Brannons Ford Road Gerrardstown, West Virginia 25420 (PNTC) the right to use, publish, and reproduce, at any time, any and all photographs or video recordings of me during the 2015 NRA World Shooting Championship presented by Magpul events in which is depicted my image, likeness, and/or name for any editorial use, promotion, advertising, or other purposes whatsoever.  I release NRA, Magpul, Championship  Coordinator/s, Peacemaker National Training Center, LLC their directors, agents, officers, employees, partners and servants from any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, or any other liability which may arise out of any loss, damage, injuries, or death which I may sustain, and any theft, unexplained disappearance or damage, of which may befall any of my property or property accompanying me while en route to, during participation during the period of the tournament, and en route from the Tournament, or while on the premises where any of the tournament events or social activity occurs, or any other claim.

2.  If the shooter is between age twelve and twenty, I am legal guardian of a junior shooter between age twelve and age twenty (12-20) and am specifically permitting a specific junior shooter to participate in the NRA World Shooting Championship competition. I also agree to sign the PNTC hold harmless liability waiver permitting the specific junior shooter to participate. I am aware of the risks and hazards of such events including, but not limited to, accidental discharge of firearms, injury and death, and loss of personal property  through misplacement or theft. I voluntarily assume all risks. 

3. I am over the age of twenty-one (21), have previously participated in competitive shooting matches and/or am aware of the risks and hazards of such events  including, but not limited to, accidental discharge of firearms, injury and death, and loss of personal property  through misplacement or theft.  I voluntarily assume all risks. 

4.  I agree to comply with all the rules, regulations and directions of the WSC Tournament.

5.  I assume all responsibility for my guests, and I further agree to indemnify and save harmless the Tournament for any acts of myself or my guest to fail to comply with all rules, regulations and direction of the tournament. The Tournament has the right to terminate my participation immediately.  I further state that I have read the foregoing Agreement and Release and freely enter into it on behalf of myself and my distributors, heirs, next of kin, executors, and administrators.
