Cohen & Gresser is pleased to announce the expansion of the firm's international corporate practice, as partner Olivier Lopez and associate Lovel Greiner have joined our Paris office.  Mr. Lopez was previously a partner at Ydès in Paris, and before that, he practiced in Willkie Farr & Gallagher's Paris office.  Mr. Greiner was previously a corporate/M&A associate at a mid-sized Paris law firm and in-house counsel at French publishing company Hachette Livre (part of Lagardère Group).

"Private equity and venture capital transactions require specific know-how, good knowledge of market standards, and proper tax and legal structuring.  After the arrival of a tax team in July of this year, the addition of Olivier and Lovel brings further depth to this practice.  We are thrilled to welcome both of them to Cohen & Gresser," says Johannes Jonas, Managing Partner of the firm's Paris office.
