It was terrific connecting with Bpeacers and Bpeace partners in the Greater D.C. area last month. Marla and I met with representatives of the U.S. Department of State, Inter-America Investment Corporation

PYXERA Global. One immediate outcome from our PYXERA Global meeting was an invitation to join a webcast on gender
equality

THE FUTURE OF BUSINESS: SOCIAL VENTURES
I also spent some
mind-stretching time in D.C. at the Ashoka Future Forum. Especially intriguing was the conversation around how savvy businesses are moving to a social venture model. This is certainly true of businesses being started by millennials, but the model is also trickling up to how multinationals are planning their futures.
Bpeace hosted two Social Impact summits in Central America this past winter--it's great to know we're helping our Fast Runners develop a future-forward competitive edge.
