HERE'S MY OPINION... I THINK THIS IS MAYBE AN EMBASSY DETAIL...
AND I THINK ABADI HAS BEEN ASKING FOR FULL DISCLOSURE AND WE JUST READ A FEW ARTICLES WHERE THE CBI WORKERS WERE NOT CO OPERATING WITH THE INTEGRITY COMMITTEE.

To make this question answerable in a finite amount of time, let's simplify things and ask, "How much money is there in actual United States dollars?" Since the statistics for the U.S. are easy to come by, we can examine this question in a couple of different ways.
The first way to look at it might be, "How much cash is there in U.S. currency?" If you took all the bills and coins floating around today in the world and added them all up, how much money would you have? All of that hard and easily liquidated currency is known as the
M0 money supply.
This includes the bills and coins in people's pockets and mattresses, the money on hand in bank vaults and all of the deposits those banks have at reserve banks [source: Hamilton].

Baghdad-Iraq-Presse -12 September / September denied the Iraqi Central Bank, on Saturday, it reports that conquerable by military forces was said to be American or Iraqi, while calling on the media to exercise caution and precision and credibility in the news.
The bank said in a statement, said that "some news sites and social networking sites deliberated rumors targeting the central bank, including the issue of conquerable by military forces,"
He denied the statement "the occurrence of any storming of the bank", describing the news that talked about the storming of "malicious rumors in toto."

I think the storming of the CBI - is the MOST STUNNING news of the YEAR...they have been monkeying around with these jokers politically - then BAM!!
S.F. rolls in and scoops up all the documents - ask yourself why?
S.F. storming in and grabbing up documents is not a political solution - it is a very serious criminal/trial/evidence solution...and THAT is likely why Maliki did a disappearing act.
It appears...to be some cooperation between Abadi, Parliament and whomever moved on the CBI - I doubt very much it was the US.
Sounds like they are going after this corruption - full force.
