Spring has arrived and we are busy at NHB! Our outreach programs,
Shared Ability and
DanceAIR, are in full swing and we are preparing to perform for friends and families. We are pleased to offer Guest Master Classes by Yale China-Arts Fellow, Yang Hao, and Yale Lecturer in Theater Studies and former New York City Ballet dancer, Emily Coates, this month. Summer registrations are also strong. If you or someone you know has an interest in learning about or supporting any of our programs please do not hesitate to call 203.782.9038 or stop by our office.

Yale China-Arts Fellow, Yang Hao, Master Class:
Yale China-Arts Fellow, Yang Hao, will teach a Master Contemporary Dance Class on Saturday, April 11, 11:30-1:00 p.m. in Danspace, 70 Audubon Street, New Haven. All Level 6/7/8 students are invited and encouraged to attend.

Great Give 2015
The Community Foundation of Greater New Haven is once again sponsoring this
community-wide online giving event. The event runs May 5 - 6. Mark your calendars and donate to YOUR favorite New Haven Non-Profit -- New Haven Ballet!
NHB will be participating in a special grand prize contest
designed to reward organizations with loyal donors, of which we have many! Please help NHB win a Grand Prize of $5,000, which will be awarded to the organization with the greatest number of unique donors who have given during The Great Give? in 2013, 2014 and 2015. Looking at our records, NHB ranks in the top 20 with donors who have given both in 2013 and 2014, making us a contender for this prize!

NHB's Summer Program is better than ever with tremendous faculty and new classes being offered. Registration is Open. Please register early as some classes are already beginning to fill.

NHB Spring Performance 2015
May 8 at 7 pm: DanceAIR - Fair Haven School, 164 Grand Avenue, New Haven. Features students from six underserved New Haven Public Schools and special guest artists.
May 9 at 3 pm: Shoreline and Shared Ability - Co-Op High School, 177 College Street, New Haven.
May 15 at 7 pm & May 16 at 1 and 3 pm: New Haven - Co-Op High School, 177 College Street, New Haven.
Seating at the Co-Op is assigned and limited. Families are strongly encouraged to buy tickets as soon as possible. Call 203-782-9038 or come into the NHB Audubon Street Office to purchase tickets. Through April 12, 2015 each family may purchase up to three (3) tickets per performance. On April 13, 2015 all remaining tickets will be offered to the public. Once tickets are sold out there will not be additional tickets or seating available. Tickets: Adults: $25 Children 12 and under/Seniors 65+: $20
