RECIPE

Carolyn's famous
Goat Cheese Dip
 

Ingredients

1 large roll of goat cheese
1 jar sundried tomatoes (julienned) drained, then cut into smaller pieces
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Fresh thyme and oregano to taste
 

Directions: 

Soften goat cheese and press flat in a long shallow dish.

Mix sundried tomatoes, minced garlic, oil, vinegar and herbs.

Spread evenly over goat cheese.

Cover and refrigerate overnight to absorb the flavours.   

Serve at room temperature with (toasted) foccacia or pita.
