Open Arms Free Clinic, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit volunteer medical clinic located in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Open Arms Free Clinic, Inc. offers non-emergent health care to individuals without health insurance who live or work in Walworth County with a household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level who otherwise would not have access to these basic health services.
Open Arms Free Clinic, Inc. is a not-for profit corporation with 501(C)(3) status. It is the policy of Open Arms Free Clinic, Inc. not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, disability or veteran status.

"We are here, we are here, we are here!" Said the Whos in Dr. Seuss's Whoville. That's how we felt with over 120 visitors at our open house on April 20th. Thank you for all your support!
 Since our doors opened on November 7, 2012, we have enrolled over 1,000 patients into care at OAFC. In 2014, with 20 providers and 150+ clinic volunteers, we have completed 1,770 patient visits that included doctor appointments, labs, dispensing medications, and specialty services such as ultrasound testing, ECHO testing, orthopedic and cardiology visits. The volunteers have donated over 6,500 hours that valued over $185,000. Additionally, since the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA/ObamaCare), OAFC volunteers have helped transition close to 300 patients onto affordable health insurance programs. Whether for a short time or for long term care, OAFC has been a
vital access point in the community for vulnerable populations by connecting those in need with those who can help. We are grateful for the high caliber talent, service partners, and supporting donations to make it all possible.
We depend on businesses and service groups to help raise funds for Open Arms Free Clinic and are deeply grateful for these events happening this spring. Please consider participating and supporting the clinic.
As of April 1, 2015 our new address is 205 East Commerce Court, Elkhorn, WI, 53121. In addition to the medical and advocacy services, OAFC has seen the critical need to provide dental, vision, and mental health care for our target population. To make sure that OAFC can reach more uninsured, low income and under-served residents of Walworth County with more care, a generous angel donor has offered a matching grant dollar-for-dollar up to $50,000 for donations received by April 30, 2015.
