Beyond Tequilas-Revealing the Mysteries of the Agave Spirit

Agave Spirits comprise tequilas, mezcals and, sotols. They are mysterious, deeply cultural, and absolutely fascinating. We are proud to have Eric Lorenz, Canada's first Certified Mezcalier and educator of all things Tequila with us to explore and learn about this wonderful beverage. We will sip several samples of the different spirits, discuss and compare. Light snacks will be served.  Seating is limited so please register early.
