Join us for an unforgettable trip to The Greenbrier October 17-20. On this tour, you will see the New River Gorge from the Amtrak, take a bunker tour, and stay at The  Greenbrier. Prices are from $959. 

Start off the tour by departing via  motor coach for your short ride to Huntington, WV where you will stay the night. The next morning, board the Amtrak for a 4-hour ride to White Sulpher Spring, WV. Your train ride will take you through the Appalachian Mountains and New River Gorge  with views of pristine streams and waterfalls at the height of the fall foliage season. Upon arrival at White Sulphur Springs, the courtesy van will transfer you and your baggage to The Greenbrier Hotel , your home for 2 nights. 

While guests of the Greenbrier, you will be given a narrated tour of this wonderful hotel as well as a tour of The Bunker. (Begun in 1958 and completed in 1961 under the Eisenhower Administration, The Bunker was built and maintained for the purpose of housing government digni taries from Washington D.C. in the event of a nuclear attack). You will also receive a $20 certificate for play at the casino and a $100 certificate for food and drink. We have reserved a dinner the first evening at the General Lewis, a historic hotel in Lewisburg, for your dining pleasure. The coach will also be available to take you into Lewisburg   on one of the days during your stay at the Greenbrier for shopping and lunch on your own.  You will also take a short ride to Tamarack, WV to see the premium craft shop.  Here, you will find crafts and gifts indigenous to the area before returning home from the tour.
