Hello Everyone and Happy Spring here in the Northern Hemisphere, in the Northeast US, in Elmsford, NY. FINALLY... It is late April and the trees are just beginning to bud, the daffodils and forsythia are in riotous bloom, and color is coming back to the Earth.
My mind and heart returns to the warming Earth and to gardens; the ones we plant with seeds to grow delicious veggies, and the seeds we plant within our students which bear the fruit of understanding and knowledge. It is, once again, almost the end of the school year here at NVIS, and it is so incredibly heartening to see how our students, First Year, Second Year and Third Year Spiritual Counseling, are growing, learning and turning what they have learned into the knowledge of looking at religions from a place of Interspirituality, ministering in a new way, and becoming Spiritual Counselors from truly a place of Spirit.
We are truly Blessed!
Wishing all of you a joyous bloom time and May Day and Beltaine.

How to Get Your Word
Out There
Registration deadline for this powerful elective is May 1st. This is our last Spring Semester elective. Electives are open to the public unless otherwise specified and are conducted at the NVI Space in Elmsford, NY. Location given with registration.
Technology and the 'Face' of Your Ministry
Technology. Promotion. Interfacing. What do these words mean to you? For many ministers, "word-of-mouth" used to be the only way to get people interested and excited about what you had to offer to the community. While word-of-mouth used to be "door-to-door," for most people in this technological age, promotions are from "screen to screen."
How do we, as ministers, utilize the technology that exists in the current market to allow ourselves, our ministries, and our spiritual focus to be "seen?" How can we put a technological "face" on our respective ministries?
Through this elective, Rev. Sarah Margaret of Lasting Footprints Ministry will guide you through the basics of some widely known professional tools (websites, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Skype, FaceTime), as well as some lesser-utilized ones (webinars, Google Hangouts, Pinterest, LinkedIn) to help you craft a technological "face" for your ministry in this ever-changing world.

Open to all Interfaith Ministers looking to Learn new Interspiritual tools that we are now teaching at
New Vision Interspiritual Seminary.
We help Shift the Consciousness of Our World. This is the
New Paradigm of Interfaith/Interspiritual Understanding that is expanding the horizons of our Ministers, and sets us apart from all other Seminaries.
The
Bridge Program
is designed for Interfaith Ministers who wish to expand what they already learned in Seminary. This includes the recognition that a new way of Ministering into the chaos and challenges has to happen, and how to support yourself in making this transition towards Oneness. How are you able to minister to others in a world of apparent instability and upheaval?
We will explore the means to manifest these goals and what it means to become a Universal Human; how to step into the energy of your Higher Self, and how to minister from that place at all times.
Are you ready to take your ministry into the next level and phase of this new energy? We invite you to Join Us.
In a powerful and experiential one day workshop with Rev. Deborah Steen Ross, Director of New Vision Interspiritual Seminary, you will learn the tools to add to your ministerial tool box and give you the information you will need to help shift the consciousness of our world. Upon completion of this class, we will also be offering Ordination into our organization and reassignment to the ICI [Interfaith Community International], our ordaining body.
In preparation for the class , please read Barbara Marx Hubbard's book, Emergence: The Shift from Ego to Essence, and bring it with you to class.
