Owl Walk & Talk

Desert Rivers Audubon OwlWatch volunteers will lead a tour of the burrowing owl habitat at Zanjero Park. Meet us in the park parking lot, 3785 South Lindsay Rd., Gilbert. 

 

We'll learn about the current status of the burrowing owls released April 2013 in association with our habitat partner, Wild at Heart. Enjoy a breezy, fun & informative evening! 

 

Become an OwlWatch volunteer and help us document the growth of the habitat by contacting Anne Koch at [email protected].

 

The starting time for this event will change with the seasons. Event is held one hour before sunset. Sunset: 7:07pm

We are looking for a Newsletter Content Editor for our quarterly newsletter. The person would gather articles and photos, then submit them to the designer each quarter deadline.

Meetings - As always we need volunteers to come a little early (6:00 or so ) to our monthly speaker series to help set up, or stay a little later and help pack up.
