Reportability of Non-Analytic Cases 

 

 

In an effort to ensure completeness of reporting, the Cancer Registry of Greater California requires a full abstract be submitted by all CRGC facilities for the following Non-Analytic Class of Case:

  • 32 - Diagnosis AND all first course treatment provided elsewhere AND patient presents at reporting facility with disease recurrence or persistence (whether treatment is performed or not)

As a reminder, the following Class of Case code categories cases also require a full abstract: 30, 34-38, 42. 

 

In addition CRGC requires a copy of the pathology report and any demographic information you can provide to be faxed to your Regional Registry office on the following Non-Analytic Class of Case:

  • 43 - Pathology or other lab specimens only
