Cultivating and expressing gratitude can have a very positive effect on personal well-being, happiness, optimism and empathy. Check out this five-minute, beautifully photographed video which may help you stop focusing so much on what you want and to start feeling gratitude for what you already have. Then pass it on!

Mindfulness is a series of 8 interactive workshops aimed at helping you improve your ability to focus.

Click on the applicable tab, then click on the relevant answer choice. Click on the save button at the lower left and then you will be done!
