JMC is excited to announce Bonnie Von Ohlsen, RLA, LEED Green Associate, has joined the firm as Director of Environmental Planning. Bonnie is an experienced environmental planner and a Registered Landscape Architect in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey with over 31 years of professional experience with a variety of private and public sector development projects.
Bonnie's extensive expertise includes municipal zoning, NY State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) and project design. She has coordinated SEQR and environmental planning services for major land development projects throughout the tri-state area and successfully represented clients at numerous public meetings.
As Director of Environmental Planning at JMC, Bonnie will complement the firm's expertise in land planning, environmental analysis and permitting.
Bonnie is a recognized leader in the planning industry, a Director-at-Large of the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation and has presented at Pace University Land Use Law Center events. She is a member of the American Planning Association, the American Society of Landscape Architects and an Associate Sustaining Member of the Urban Land Institute. Bonnie earned her BLA from SUNY ESF in Syracuse, NY.
