Airport Policies and Restrictions: Important Meeting Procedures for Passenger Pickups at O'Hare
It is important for passengers to contact their chauffeur as soon as possible after your flight arrives using the driver's cell phone number provided to you via your Chauffeur Direct text and/or email. Your chauffeur will let you know which Terminal Door to meet him or her.
Please note, if you have reserved a Greeter for your trip, you can meet as usual in the baggage claim area.
