Don't wait until the February 12th deadline

CARES documentation for the 2015 year is due on February 12. Mail your documentation in or bring it to the Child Action, Inc. office in-person. Meet with a staff member who can check to make sure you have a complete packet. Child Action, Inc. is open from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. We encourage appointments, but they are not required. Allow yourself 10 minutes to have your packet reviewed when you bring it in.

Copies are acceptable for everything except your Letter of Employment Verification. Please be sure it is an original and signed in blue ink. If you have questions about any documentation, call us at (916) 369-0191.
