The VOS 2015 conference is coming up in just a few weeks! We hope you're planning to join us February 28-March 7 in Sun Valley, Idaho. If you haven't gotten around to registering yet, there's still time. Make your plans today! We're including a checklist in this newsletter so you can make sure you're ready for your trip to Sun Valley. Please use the links below to take care of any last-minute registration details or travel plans. We've also updated the conference schedule with more details about the program and social activities - and added a few more sponsors and exhibitors who have recently come on board. This year's conference includes great speakers, lively social events, and many opportunities to network with your colleagues. VOS also has planned a Kids Pizza Party, which will take place on Wednesday, March 4, during Foundation Night. We've added a few more suggestions of things to do while you're in the Sun Valley area. At last report, Sun Valley just received about a foot of new snow, so the mountain scenery is sure to be beautiful, and the slopes will be in top condition for skiers and snowboarders! VOS UPDATES ADVERTISING PROGRAM

VOS has streamlined its advertising program for its 2015 email newsletters.
Advertisers may choose to place an ad for one billing cycle, which covers three newsletter issues, or select a discounted annual package, which covers nine newsletter issues.
Ads are available in two sizes (single-height or double-height), and each ad may be linked to the advertiser's website homepage or other web page. A maximum of 15 advertising spaces are available, and priority is given to annual advertisers.
