Childhood Immunizations: Public Health Breakfast Forum |
On Friday, April 24th, the Indiana Public Health Association (IPHA) will be hosting a Public Health Breakfast Forum. The topic of the forum is
Childhood Immunizations: Communicating Sound Policy & Practice.
The forum will run from 7:30am to 9:00am.

Room 6 downstairs
Indianapolis, IN 46204
Free parking on the south side of the building

Immunizations from A to Z training classes will be held on the following upcoming dates:
1. April 21st:
DeKalb County Health Department; County Office Building, 215 East 9th Street, Auburn, IN 46706; 10:00am-2:00pm
2. April 22nd:
St. Joseph Physician Network; Education Center, 1915 Lake Avenue, Plymouth, IN 46563; 8:00am-12:00pm
3. May 4th:
Delaware County Health Department; Kennedy Public Library, 1700 W McGalliard Road, Muncie, IN 47304; 12:00pm-4:00pm
4. May 6th:
Hamilton County Health Department; 18030 Foundation Drive, Noblesville, IN 46060; Wednesday, May 13; 9:00am-2:00pm (including lunch)
