Note: Our annual Diocesan Convention will be Friday afternoon, Jan 29 through Saturday afternoon, Jan 30, 2016. And, the Spring Priests' Conference will be Monday afternoon, April 4 - Wednesday, April 6 at Pendle Hill. Thanks to our Priestly Formation Committee and to the Bishop's Staff for their advance work preparing for these important events.
The Rev. Glenn Duffy has accepted the call to serve as priest in charge of St. Martin's in the Fields, Selbyville. Glenn was ordained in the Diocese of Long Island and served congregations there before coming to serve in our neighboring Diocese of Easton. We are happy to welcome him to Delaware.

The programs and workshops are always interesting and it is good to be with fellow Episcopalians from churches around Delaware", says our Bishop, Wayne Wright as he refers to Parish Life Day as our '2nd Convention'. Bishop Wright has never missed a Parish Life Day and enjoys seeing the good spirit that this day brings to all in attendance. There will be a message from our Bishop prior to the morning worship. The Diocese of Delaware is planning an information booth at this year's Delaware Pride Festival in Dover on Saturday, August 1st and we need volunteers. Our goal is to share the Good News of Christ and the welcoming arms of the Episcopal Church with our LGBT brothers and sisters in Delaware and the surrounding area.
