"Don't let yesterday use up too much of today"
Cherokee proverb

Two Wolves
There is a story of a Cherokee grandfather who tells his grandson of the battle that rages within him and within all people.

"It is a battle between two wolves, one good and one bad. One is evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment and lies.

And the other is good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, humility, kindness, generosity, truth, compassion and faith."

After a moment the grandson asks, "Which wolf wins?"

And his grandfather replies, "The one you feed."
