Project Transitions is proud to unveil our new website. The design is simple and easy to navigate. We updated our website to provide an enhanced avenue for those in need of our services to contact us. The site also clearly communicates our mission: providing supportive living, housing and hospice in compassionate and caring environments.

We are collecting school supplies for children who have been affected by HIV/AIDS. You can click here to read a list from Austin Independent School District. School children need backpacks as well.  Please call our main office if you're interested in dropping off items: 512-454-8646.

AIDS Walk Austin Registration Open 

The walk is November 8, 2015, through d owntown Austin. Click here to sign up as up as a walker or start your own team. A portion of the proceeds from the walk benefits Project Transitions.
