THE POWER OF POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY
with
DIANE LANGE

No matter how well you might be doing, your inner dialogue may reveal a pessimistic streak that fully prevents you from reaching your goals.

In this 'Power of Positive Psychology', class, therapist and adjunct professor Diane Lang will teach you how to develop a sustained positive attitude through a series of skills that include dealing with negative situations and people, creating life balance and developing better relationships.

Positive thinking is a discipline of thought and can pull people out of depression, create contentment with the present and acknowledge a hopeful future -- find out how to make your first thought a good one at this engaging class.

Positive Psychology Life Coach, Diane Lang, is on a mission to help people develop a sustainable positive attitude that can actually turn one into an optimist, literally.

As an expert in her fields of therapy, Lang has been featured in Family Circle and Working Mother Magazine, seen on NJ 12 TV, Good day CT, The Veira network and the national television program "Fox & Friends." In addition Lang writes a blog for Pazoo.com and is the wellness correspondent for 'Live It Up' TV Show on UETV.
