Dear FJG Family,
Happy Independence Day Weekend! I want to take this opportunity to thank you all of the hard work and many hours you've put in lately as we've made the transition to MRI. A wise man once said to consider it pure joy when you face trials of many kind because it produces perseverance - and to let perseverance finish its work so that we are not lacking anything.
In our case, perseverance has allowed us to hone our problem solving skills and develop a greater understanding of our new system. The process of finding errors and working through how to fix them has been a learning experience for everyone, and because of this, we are all better prepared to use the system going forward. Thank you all for sticking with it and pushing through to the end.
It's time to reboot. I hope you all have a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend with your families and friends.

2015 NAA Education Conference
The National Apartment Association Conference and exposition was a record-breaking success at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas. With over 9,000 attendees and more than 425 exhibitors, this year's conference showcased the strength, growth, and unity of the multifamily industry. The conference was filled with learning and networking with interactive sessions that energized the crowd with practical takeaways. Hampton Roads Apartment Council has monthly morning coffee networking meetings throughout the Hampton Roads Area. Each month, the Owner/Manager and Supplier members of HRAC gather to network and learn about or discuss a topic relevant to the industry. The Norfolk Collegiate Annual Dr. John W. Baker Classic was a success at Bayville Golf Club. The Dr. John W. Baker Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student who displays characteristics of genuine caring and concern for others, as well as well-rounded leadership qualities in a variety of areas. Thank you, Norfolk Collegiate School for allowing us to be apart of a wonderful event.
