Recommendations To Support Private Businesses

Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh has suggested a number of solutions to develop private enterprises which should be the most important contributor to the nation's economic growth and stability.

Vinh said in an interview granted to the Vietnam News Agency that one of the most important measures is to build centres for nurturing business innovations.

The ministry is taking drastic measures to carry out this plan.

President Truong Tan Sang has stressed the need to accelerate reforms, renovate growth models and facilitate economic restructuring to increase the competitiveness of the economy, boost rapid and sustainable development, and successfully implement industrialisation and modernisation initiatives.

The State leader made the statement in an interview granted to the Vietnam News Agency on the threshold of the traditional Lunar New Year (Tet).

"We should continue updating and perfecting the socialist-oriented market economy institution and focus on human resources training in order to expeditiously improve the country's position in the world economy," he said.

The sandstorm delayed a military effort. ITeam called away QUICKLY from SA...back to Baghdad.

M is trying to invoke power. Abadi had private meeting with him. Told M to shut the front door. No More. Enough. VP position-kiss it goodbye. M said, OK. Judicial branch working on laws. Punish this man.

Some things overlap, delay, The country stinks like oil. Is like an island. Laid back. Not much to do.

Do this thing says BIS, World Bank, WB,.... are saying to get it done.

JC Collins FEBRUARY 18, 2015 AT 4:27 PM It's all about perspectives brother. The disorganized masses, a self-imposed quality, have always been complaining about a loss of life, liberty, and freedom.

And they do nothing to change it. This has been the case for thousands of years. I get sick and tired of hearing all the "telephone tough guys" talking about how they are going to take their freedoms back.

Why, so you can repeat the same simplistic and predictable patterns as past generations.

You overthrow some perceived external enemy, the antagonist, (and there's always one), to eventually fighting amongst themselves over some other perceived wrong or slight.

The American War for Independence was followed a century later by a civil war.

This process happens all over the world through all times. We are overwhelmed with the problems of the world because we refuse to accept that we are the problem.

We complain about the banking system but people would rise up if that access to capital was taken away. Give us what we want for free is the expectation.

I'm not here to please any one person or demographic. I do this not for publicity or fame, but for the sheer excitement of discovering patterns and putting pieces together.

Time and events will be the measure of how successful I have been. So far the track record is pretty good. Stick around and see what happens.

I haven't heard of Charles Hugh Smith and don't have the time to research him. And I would suggest you reference my other comments on this post which discuss accountability and perceptions. I can suggest reading lists, but we all see what we want to see.

Millionday: The Commerce Department reported that Iraq took part in the Arab Economic and Social Council delegation headed by the Minister of Commerce Mlas Mohammed Abdul Karim meetings.

The ministry statement said on Sunday, the agency received all of Iraq [where], a copy of the meetings held at the General Secretariat of the Arab League headquarters in Cairo,

and resulted in the gun for a number of decisions that concern Arab affairs of the economic and social terms, including discussion of the Economic and Social Profile of the Council of the League Arab summit level at its regular 26 ".

Another eye opening article. I have put up some posts under your last article on the proposition that German will withdraw (along with Holland, Austria, France, Belgium) from the EU.

The EU will remain with the PIGS nations and the ESB will be put in charge of its control. Eurobonds/SDR bonds will be used to deal with dealing with the fallout.

The Euro will remain in the SDR, but the Deutsche Mark (which has been prepared by the Bundesbank as a plan B since 2012 in conjunction with their gold repatriation), along with the Yuan will be added to the SDR (or in the case presented in your article above) a Supra-SDR.

Millionday: He stressed the Kurdistan Alliance, "The draft of the new oil and gas law and the amendments thereto widely accepted, he noted that he was" not contrary to paragraph 111 of the Constitution, which provides for the distribution of national wealth to the people. "

The MP said independent Kurdish Mahmoud Othman, said that "amendments included in the new draft oil and gas law is in the framework of the agreement between the Ministry of Oil and the Kurdistan Regional Government, "stressing that" the paragraphs of the new law, allows for the Kurdistan region to export oil in exchange for a financial stake of the federal government. Tlar:   Hang in everyone. They still officially have not put out the whole budget.

Until they do, we must assume the ball is rolling and in motion one way or another because they will not stop here. In other words our backstop is still in play but we now have a backstop for the backstop.

March 1st is the taxes and tariffs.   I am going to speculate for just a minute here.

To my knowledge they have not put out the spending side of the budget as of late yesterday.

Oldschool February 23, 2015 at 11:03am This is just me thinking out loud. The groups are a contract rate. It is a decided selling number by the bankers via China contracts for oil.

So they are selling our dinar at a negotiated price making it not an exchange but a sell. I have always been told that the groups would go first. So using what we know they are stalling as long as they can to start the rollout. I think it will be slower rolled then what we as dinarians would like !!

We know that on March 3rd america has to line up with Basel 3 , so knowing that it would not be good to pull the trigger Until they get there ducks in a row. And if they ever get them in a row!! So could the groups start getting emails? Yes!!!

Well rolling off a big day yesterday, we watch for the rest of the budget to appear, also looking at the CBI and still not seeing any evidence of auctions on their end of things.....good news...let's jump into what we have for today thus far.

Economic center calls for the central bank to tighten controls on the sale of the dollar and the mechanics of foreign exchange

The head of the Economic Information Center is asking the CBI to further tighten their controls that surround money-laundering and any foreign currency dealings, especially those that might deal with some private banks that are believed to not be following prescribed practices....

Enorrste - Here is a summary of what I think all of this means.

First, a brief quote from the article:

"Governor of the Central Bank, explained that "It is not true that the central stays busy selling the currency like ATM daily", stressing that "the transition to a new phase is to conduct foreign remittances through the banking system within the mechanism developed for it."

Second, a repeat of the definition of foreign remittances:
