colorful display with chiffonade of fresh basil from our garden ~ and fresh mozzarella ~ Greek extra virgin olive oil & balsamic drizzled

   

Stuffed Squash Blossoms  $ 16.- 

Fiori di zucca

Organic squash blossom ~ stuffed with fresh ricotta,

grated Romano, a touch of fresh mint

Dipped in a light batter spiked with Pecorino Romano

Served in a light Summer sauce of melted organic tomato & basil from Berks County!

 

 

Summer Pasta alla Norma             $ 14.

 All locally grown organic ~ grilled eggplant, melted tomato, fresh leaf basil tossed with Cavatelli pasta ~ finished with shaved Locatelli cheese

 Whole grilled Parrot fish     $ 34.5

Wild caught ~high in protein ~white flesh

Stuffed with a summer mélange of tomato, roasted red bell pepper, Kalamata olives, artichoke hearts & fresh basil
